Ian Glazer Property & Development Consultants have been established for over 18 years during which time it has handled hundreds of plots and sites for a continually growing client list including national names such as McCarthy & Stone, Antler Homes and others, to small and medium sized firms of local builder developers.

The consultancy was formed in 1988 to capitalise on Ian Glazers experience of over 40 years in the property field. Trained  at Harrods  Estates Offices in the early 60’s, Ian Glazer worked for Central London estate agents becoming a Member of the Board of Management of a stock market quoted estate agency. He was responsible for the marketing of a number of high profile projects including the regeneration of the former Cadby Hall (Lyons Headquarters) into Windsor Way, Brook Green and West Kensington. Numerous other projects were also handled in Central London  including locations such as Bayswater, Hampstead, Soho, Battersea, Kensington, Knightsbridge.

In 1990 Ian Glazer moved the consultancy to the south coast and has advised on many local projects in Fareham, Havant, Portsmouth, Southsea, Bosham, Barnham, Waterlooville,  as well as commercial projects in Waterlooville, Southampton etc.

We often act for builder clients who retain us and therefore in these instances NO COMMISSION is required. However, we can only advise one side of a transaction., but we are happy to advise landowners on fees to be agreed.
